BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

BS Hospitality Management has two specializations, namely: Track1-Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management and Track 2-Culinary Arts. The program is designed in order to identify the skills and interest of the students based on its preferred specialization. Students are trained to demonstrate competencies on culinary, food and  beverage and lodging operations and management as well as entrepreneurial related business activities, perform hospitality leadership and teamwork skills in creating customer oriented work environment, show awareness and responsiveness on relevant and emerging trends and issues in hospitality industry, exhibit positive attitude and proper ethics in the multi-cultural workplace and demonstrate creative and innovative thinking in solving current issues and problems in the hospitality industry by formulation sound decisions.
