San Sebastian College – Recoletos, Manila (SSC-R), as an academic institution duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education, owned and operated by the Augustinian Recollect Fathers, is a Catholic institution of higher education that promotes culture, the welfare of society and the total development of persons.
SSC-R now opens a program named the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP). This program is endorsed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) through its memorandum order number 08 series of 2009. Through ETEEAP, industry practitioners (non-college degree holders) of at least five (5) years of work experience can achieve the long coveted college degree in a short period of time.
Candidates to the Program will undergo a comprehensive assessment test, personal interview and skills (hands-on) demonstration. The ETEEAP panel of assessors convinced of the knowledge, skills and prior learning obtained from non-formal and informal education experiences will accredit and appropriate equivalent credits, award certificates and confer the appropriate college degree to the candidate.
